Fully describe the business's activities?
The main hotel consists of 64 rooms and the country hotel consisting of 16 rooms. The hotel & country hotel are separated by a municipal street between them. Both entities cater for the tourist, corporate and government sectors. There are 7 conference venues, the largest one being able to accommodate 160 pax banquet style. There are two A'la Carte restaurants with bars. The restaurants are popular not just with travelers, but with the local community as well. The Hotel accommodation consists of 21 thatched roof rooms and 43 hotel style rooms. The country hotel guests can be accommodated in 16 rooms, where 13 rooms are standard, 2 rooms have kitchenettes and a 1 is a bedroom flat. All rooms have on-suite bathrooms, DSTV, hot and cold air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a small fridge. The guests can relax at the swimming pool, at the bar or in the two smaller lapa areas. There is a in-house butchery and bakery to cater for the restaurant needs. This business was awarded Trip Advisor's Certificate of Excellence in 2018 and a 8,7 rating from Booking.com in 2017. Both hotels have a 3 star rating.

The hotel was built in 2000. The current owner took over in 2007 and the business has seen immense growth in that time. The new restaurant opened its doors in May 2014. The 16 rooms and 7 conference rooms came into operation in June 2015.

A butchery and bakery supplying both restaurants.

Opportunities?
Municipal approval has been obtained for further expansions of the hotel as the demand for further rooms is on the increase. The expansion for additions to the hotel will add a further 150 rooms and a casino license.

The owner has put much of his profit back into the hotels with the result that it is neat and well maintained. They are established and popular hotels which are situated in a quaint town en-route to many popular tourist destinations.
