The franchisee sells advertisements to small businesses. These advertsiesments are shown in selected doctor's waiting rooms to a captive audience. The Franchisor does all the development and artwork on behalf of the clients who may change their adverts once a month.
Franchisees are required to visit each site twice a month to ensure that the technology is still functioning correctly and to load any new adverts on the system.

The Franchisor has website that channels enquiries via the website to the different franchises. The Garden Route franchisee was very active with the local business forum where small business owners meet once a week. He has a database of potential clients that he has contacted in the past that has to be followed up with.
