This is a Franchised garden maintenance business providing garden service to complexes on yearly and longer contracts. Retirement villages, security estates, flats and corporate customers count amongst our clients. Well established business. Very easy to run five days a week with normal business hours and no weekend trading. As part of the franchise invoices, contracts, payroll, equipment maintenance etc are handled on your behalf from an office. Seller is prepared to negotiate an extended handover if the Purchaser so desires.
