The business operates on a daily basis, currently with a manager, running the store.
The owner operator, taking over, will liase with staff, clients and place orders with the Head Office and in the future more directly with the suppliers.
New clients / groups can be sourced by approaching private clients, hotels, resorts, lodges, guest houses and fast food chains, all who want hand crafted high quality wooden furniture, doors, window frames, chairs, counters, tables, couches etc.
How are the clients attracted to the business?
The clients are attracted to the business largely by word of mouth, uniqueness of wood, style and craftsmanship.
The location of the stores and the capacity to deal with orders, its skilled specialized craftsmanship, a solid long standing reputable reputation and repeat business makes this a very profitable business model.
What Advertising/Marketing is carried out?
There is currently very little advertising or marketing done due to the owner being too busy to focus on that side of the business.
However, by selling the corporate stores to individual licensee holders, the owner will provide through the headoffice function, a support structure to all owner operators and the marketing budgets allocated, will be utelized to drive even more business into the existing footprints / locations.
What competition exists?
The competition that exists locally is no threat as they are much smaller and do not have the unique craftsmanship and quality of product that this business has to offer and on the same scale of production.

There are no seasonal trends. The business enjoys a steady flow of trade through out the year.
