As at October 2017 the total staff compliment is 23 excluding the current owner.

We have a detailed staff list on file which will be disclosed to serious buyers. Summary of the staff functions are:
1 x General Manager; 1 x Operations Manager; 1 x Field Consultant; 1 x Admin Assistant; 1 x Marketing Assistant; 11 x Clerks; 2 x Business Representatives; 2 x Internal Sales Officers; 1 x Receptionist; 1 x Specialist Clerk; 1 x Office Cleaner.
Do any receive special perks or incentives?
There are commission systems in place and annual bonuses. More about this will be disclosed during a meeting with the owner.
Are they on contract?
All staff is permanently employed and have signed employment contracts.
Do any have management potential?
The General Manager and Operations Manager are operating the business independently from the owner. Due to job rotation, there is second line management potential.
How involved is the Owner in running the business?
The current owner is not involved in the day-to-day running of the business and resides in the Western Cape. The systems in place allow him to track business performance remotely and he is 100% in touch with developments in the business. His approach is that of "working on the business, not in the business".
