Currently open 7 days a week, as the operation is inside a shopping mall. Service to the public is slower on weekdays, but full valet services to motor dealers is very active during weekdays.

Most clients are regulars (especially members of the public), who find it convenient to leave their cars whilst shopping/banking etc. An aggresive marketing campaign has brought in 3+ motor dealers who provide a consistent stream of vehicles to be valeted.

Direct, face-to-face marketing takes place in the targeting of car dealerships. In targeting the public, the Facebook page has proved useful, as well as the handing out of flyers at mall entrances, on busy weekends. Roughly 46% of mall patrons are not aware of the car wash in the basement parking.

There are on average 4 other car washers within a 7km radius, one of which is a waterless wash operation, servicing mainly the public, the other of which is at a TOTAL Garage and again services the public mainly.
