An overview of the current situation
This is not an outright business purchase as a legal entity but a BRAND of products. The ideal Buyer is an investor who is able to handle the General Management of the particular product range, such as above the line and other marketing (Social Media), product distribution and route to market etc. Added to that, the Investor should be able to offer responsibility for product range growth and profitability. The commitment to the Seller on this particular product range will be a royalty fee and the Seller is prepared to act as a consultant for the product range, and any other product development requirements. The Seller is a biochemist who wishes to play the IT support role, product research and product development, online apps etc. He wishes to make sure that a suitable "Partner" in the business is able to take the product range to new heights. It has been agreed that once Aldes have done the initial qualification of a potential Buyer then the Seller will hold discussion with the interested party. 20+ Product sku's already registered and produced. Product intellect inclusive of formulations for all sku's, Trade Marks and Copy Rights. Promotional materials including a ready to flight radio ad. By agreement, R250,000 at cost price, of saleable stock will be included in the price so that the Buyer can start trading with immediate effect upon product transfer.

Range of formulations which are still to be added to the basket as per a product development strategy. The Owner focus's on product research and development within the pharmaceutical sector. He wishes to sell the Brand and to assist with further product development. His forte' and qualification as a Biochemist is to develop products rather than take them to market, which he has however done very successfully. But, as brands grow he is finding it difficult to manage the various products himself. The Seller has decided to place this product range on the market, and assures that he is prepared to remain involved with the Buyer so as to assist with the product brand development and sales as necessary.
