How does the business operate on a daily basis?
Various CETA and TETA accredited training schools approach Fisher Operator Training to teach learners the practical operation of the various machines. This is all performed at the on-site Campus that simulates a mining and construction environment. The campus includes class rooms, rest rooms and waiting area. The owner son (Ops manager) also performs CETA and TETA training on a private capacity as Fisher Operator Training (Pty) Ltd is not accredited to issue TETA and CETA certificates.

Good reputation and known track record (word of mouth) ensures continues supply of learner operators. Good relationship with the existing accredited CETA and TETA schools results in repeat business.
