The business is an exclusive distributor of an international brand of ladies make up.

How long has the owner had the business?
The current owners are the establishment's of the business since 2017.

How does the business operate on a daily basis?
The business having exclusivity to this specific brand of international make up imports their stock from an overseas company and supplies their sub distributors. The sub distributors are allocated an area wherein to operate and sell the products. The main portal of local distribution to the sub distributors is the seller, she supplies all he sub distributors with product and makes a margin of profit on the products from them. They in turn then sell the products through their own businesses or to other businesses for resale with a % markup on. There is no royalties or management fee payable by the sub distributors as it is not operated as a franchise, but they have signed agreements of what is required and expected from them. The sub distributors pay the seller a R 100,000 (one hundred thousand rand) for the rights of distribution in an area and must initially take R 60,000 sixty thousand rand) worth of products to begin with which is payable upfront. The stock is always paid upfront by the sub distributors to the seller before she releases the stock. The products are suitable for vegans.
