Appointments come in largely via WhatsApp and e-mail and the website. Worksheets are created each day and handed to the teams with appointment details thereon. There are 4 x fully kitted-out vans with 2 x members of staff per van. They then travel to their listed appointments to do the grooming and return when the entire worksheet has been completed.
How are the clients attracted to the business?
Most of the business is repeat business from existing clients. Word-of-mouth from happy clients attracts new clients. The brightly coloured vans act as moving billboards and attract a lot of new cients who call in after seeing the vehicles on the road. Google Ads are also used at times.

There are a couple of similar operators but the market is large and it has not affected business with them being out there.
