Services rendered are invoiced to debtors with payment 30 days from statement (month end).
How does the business operate on a daily basis?
Work is done in two shifts Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30 (day shift) and 17:00 - 6:30 (night shift) and 07:30 - 14:00 (Friday). Stock to be supplied by customers. Work is usually completed within 24 hours and invoiced daily.

Clients are attracted to the business through reputation, referrals, word of month and internet.

There are long standing relationships with clients and ongoing projects. However, jobs are done on a signed detailed order basis.

They are the largest independent provider in their industry in the Western Cape. There is no competition in the Western Cape on their level. The factory is geared towards larger volumes, top quality products and quick turn around times.
What are the seasonal trends?
December and January - builders shutdown. Otherwise plant operates two full shifts each month of the year.
