This educational business, aims to help learners reach their full academic potential by equipping them with the most effective (researched) study methods focusing on whole brain development (utilizing the left and the right brain during learning) The owner sources new business, does presentations to schools etc. She then either teaches / presents the classes herself or outsources this to a fully equipped trainer within the group.

The Business was established in 2011 and the owner started this Franchise in 2014

How does the business operate on a daily basis?
Becoming a franchisee, allows to the freedom to run your own business. The Franchisee is responsible for the healthy management, development and growth of product and the business within its area. The area to be discussed during a Due Diligence. This happens whereby the owner / marketer, will approach schools, collecting the leads, making of appointments with parents, evaluating, enrolling and training the children.

How are the clients attracted to the business?
The Franchisor provides a Skills Development Course for primary and secondary school learners to improve their confidence and grades by teaching them to use the most effective study methods. This will benefit the learner and school by improving their pass rate. The course prepares learners for tertiary education and ultimately the working environment.

What Advertising/Marketing is carried out?
Learners complete a learning skill profile at their school, which indicates certain strong and weak areas. This form becomes the lead from which educational advisors would work from to get in contact with parents. Word of mouth and referrals also assists with the enrollment of learners.
