Weaknesses?
-Social media is not aggressive enough -Online store is not used to its full potential The companies main focus has been to service corporate clients, and not paid much attention to doing more weddings and events, there is a huge opportunity to tap into this market - The company only has one licensed person doing deliveries, which places us under pressure (If he is off sick or unable to work). would be good if either florist could obtain a license or if a back-up driver was appointed - Not making use of courier facilities, which limits the areas we can service

Opportunities?
- More focus on social media spend and drive - Be more active on Facebook & Instagram to attrack business - Initiate Google ad spend (As this is where most corporate clients will find you) - Get additional licensed person to do deliveries - Network with wedding industry - Network with funeral homes - Work on the on-line store by adding new lines and more chose - Partner with courier company, who deliver wider that trading area
