Ferdi has been with ALDES since 2002 and started off as a broker in Middelburg, Mpumalanga.

In 2010 he assumed control over the entire Aldes Group. Subsequently he developed the Aldes Online Business Broking System to manage the day-to-day operations of Aldes and deal flow within the group.
In 2014 he established the Aldes Training Academy to oversee the training of new brokers and he also authored the National Certificate - Business Advising (NQF 5) – a training programme for business brokers. With dedicated focus he increased the number of Aldes outlets in Southern Africa and assisted each agency to increase its sales. Ferdi holds a B.Com(Law) and B.Proc degree. He is also a Certified Financial Planner and member of the Financial Planning Institute. more
