Greg Grose has an extensive commercial background with an accounting and real estate background backed up with a tertiary education in both disciplines, a B.Com(Hons) in Property Valuation and Management being his most recent accomplishment.

Operating in Gauteng his entire life he has held senior positions at Amalgamated Beverage Industries for which he worked for 10 years. After leaving them in 2003 he was appointed as a financial director of a well-established Labour Broker located in the North of Johannesburg which gained him extensive knowledge in the payroll departments and general business operations and practices. Working for an economist at the time assured meaningful in depth understanding and the practical aspects of business. In 2006 Greg joined the family real estate business and has been operating successfully as a Principal in the company for the past 15 years. He is currently registered as a Candidate Valuer with the “South African Council Property Valuers Profession”. He attributes his skill set to being labelled the “Problem Solver” taking interest and fully understanding all aspects of the businesses he is involved in. His hands on personality type and open door policy means that he is fully accustomed to the day to day operational activities and workloads through most company structures. In addition to this his all-round skill set and exposure to corporate and small to medium enterprises has led to him and his company to being extremely successful in the residential, commercial, valuation and management aspects of the local property market.
