Werner joined Aldes with 20 years corporate experience where he held numerous managerial positions ranging from quality to marketing management. Here he gained experience in compiling high level international sales agreements. In the latter part of his tenure he assumed the role of Business Analyst responsible for ERP system implementation with specific focus on Sales and Distribution as well as Materials Management. More recently Werner stood at the helm of his own company that operated in the retail sector, supported by a wholesale footprint. Werner has been involved on all spectrums of business acquisitions and has a comprehensive understanding of both buyer and seller’s requirements when composing sales agreements.
